My Philosophy

I work from a client-centered approach, where my role is to meet the client in their current circumstances and work together as a team to navigate their difficulties. I have specific training in emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal therapy.
My Clients

I work with various clients, including individuals, such as a woman facing grief or loss, families struggling with parenting challenges, or couples hoping to improve communication. I have worked with all age ranges and do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
My Services

I offer new patients a brief phone consult to determine whether we would be a good fit. After that, I typically see clients weekly until the client feels their therapeutic goals are met. Sessions generally last 55 minutes.
Fees

I accept cash, checks, and some insurance plans. My hourly rate is $152. I do offer a sliding scale fee on a case-by-case basis.
